    "Consultant. Producer. Agent. Fashionista. Sue Webber wears lots of hats. Beginning with her days as a store manager, then buyer, for such Austin mainstays as Yarings, Scarbroughs, and Swartz, Webber has been on the fashion fast track her entire career. Following her years in retail, she focused her talents as a fashion consultant and wardrobe specialist. She also found an outlet for her natural dramatic flair: producing fashion shows. And when that wasn't quite enough, she added model representation to her long list of accomplishments. But her work with charitable organizations is the feather in her stylish cap. Throughout her career, Webber has helped a variety of Austin non-profits put on unforgettable fashion shows. "I've always been torn between the art world and business," she says. "Fashion is the perfect blend of both."

     "Not even a dental emergency could keep me from attending AIDS Services of Austin's Viva Las Vegas; Monte Carlo fundraiser last Saturday night..... For the fashion show, ASA hired Sue Webber to produce so we knew there would be a streamlined elegance to it. Saks Fifth Avenue provided the clothes, ...". With a bevy of eye candy for men and women of all sexes, the models (including two of my favorites: Bobby Jones and Montana) stalked and strutted the runway with increasing drama. The swimwear segment was truly a feast for the eyes, and Sue had done a great job with the choreography.....The James Bond finale was a breathtaking combination of beauty, choreography and very stylish menswear..... It was excellent work from both ASA and Sue Webber....."

Sue Webber named to "The Out and About 500"
"Yes, we changed the name. The Fortunate 500 sounded too privileged. Not at all Austin.
"The Out & About 500 is more descriptive. It recognizes those among us who are everywhere, all the time, weaving the social fabric of Austin.
